Operation Walk Guyana was one of the most meaningful experiences of Dr. Marrache's career. Working alongside an international team of volunteers, he helped provide life-changing hip and knee replacement surgery to patients who otherwise had little or no access to specialized orthopaedic care. The experience reinforced his belief that restoring mobility can transform lives and strengthened his commitment to advancing musculoskeletal care through global collaboration and service.
Serving as Vice Chair of Arthroplasty at the Global Knee Summit in Dubai provided Dr. Marrache an opportunity to collaborate with leading knee surgeons from around the world. The meeting highlighted the value of sharing ideas, challenging conventional thinking, and building lasting international relationships to advance innovation, education, and the future of joint replacement surgery.
Additional international work includes orthopaedic care provided along the Syrian-Lebanese border to underserved populations.
